ATTENDANCE CHALLENGE
As we continue the school year, we want to remind you that every school day is a valuable opportunity for learning and growth! Regular attendance is critical for your child's academic and social development.

Why attendance matters:
1. It helps students build a strong foundation in reading, writing, and math.
2. It allows students to feel more connected to their classmates and the school community.
3. Missing just two days a month can make it harder for students to keep up.

Introducing the “Attendance Today, Success Tomorrow” Program

To celebrate and encourage good attendance, we are launching our new program, “Attendance Today, Success Tomorrow”! This program will enter classes that have reached our weekly attendance goal, into a raffle. The weekly winner will be announced during the morning announcements with a special prize to be delivered to their class shortly after!

At the end of the 9 weeks, classes that have met our weekly attendance goal at least once will be able to participate in an Ice Cream Social. Classes have until October 3rd to qualify for the first quarter Ice Cream Social!

All absences and tardies have an impact on the classes’ attendance goal. We believe this will be a fun way to reinforce the importance of being at school on time, every day.
