Happy April Everyone,

Music In Our Schools Month was a great success and I was able to record many performances of Sundance students singing, dancing, and playing instruments. Our music club and band students also performed at Los Lunas High School.

I have always wanted to share these performances with families and I finally have a way to do so. Please look for your child’s performances at Art & Literacy Night. They will be available on the iPads.

I also started teaching all students at Sundance the Russian folk dance “Shasha”. Please have your child teach it to you. We may have an opportunity to dance together.

Since we are doing folk dancing, it is a great reminder to have you child wear closed-back shoes to music class. We do not want any injuries!
